You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription Management section in your account Settings.

When you upgrade your plan, any remaining balance from your current subscription is applied as a credit, and your new plan rate is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.

What happens if a subscription payment fails?

On your billing date, we will attempt to charge the payment method on file. If the charge fails, your account will automatically be switched to the free plan until payment is successfully updated.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods unless required by law. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact support.

What happens if a client disputes a payment?

If a client disputes a payment, the dispute is handled through Stripe's dispute resolution process. You are responsible for responding to disputes and providing any required documentation.

Do I own my invoice and client data?

Yes. You retain full ownership of all invoices, client information, and uploaded content. You may export your data at any time.

What happens when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where data retention is required by law.
