Stripe Connect Disclosure

1. Payment Processing Overview

Viilyx uses Stripe Connect to facilitate secure payment processing between users and their clients. Stripe Connect enables users of the Viilyx platform to accept online payments, manage transactions, and receive payouts in a secure and compliant manner.

Viilyx does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. All payment transactions are processed directly through Stripe using industry-standard security practices.

2. Information Collected by Stripe

When you create an account, connect a payment account, or receive payments through Viilyx, Stripe may collect personal and business information as required to verify your identity and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. This information may include:

• Name, email address, and contact information
• Business name and business details
• Bank account information for payouts
• Tax identification information
• Government-issued identification (if required by Stripe)

This information is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Viilyx does not control how Stripe processes or stores this information.

3. How Viilyx Uses Stripe Connect

Viilyx uses Stripe Connect to:

• Enable users to accept credit and debit card payments from clients
• Display transaction details and applicable processing fees at the time of payment
• Facilitate secure payment authorization and settlement
• Support payouts to connected accounts
• Manage refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Stripe acts as an independent payment processor. Viilyx does not act as a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor.

4. Transaction Fees and Transparency

Transaction fees are calculated and clearly displayed at the time of payment, including on the invoice payment page and during the credit or debit card processing flow. Viilyx strives to be transparent and to communicate all applicable fees before a transaction is completed.

Stripe may deduct processing fees in accordance with its pricing and policies.

5. Payouts

Payout timing and availability are determined by Stripe and may vary based on factors such as account verification status, transaction history, risk reviews, and Stripe's payout schedules. Viilyx does not control payout timing or availability once funds are processed by Stripe.

6. Responsibility for Transactions

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of invoices and payment amounts
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, tax requirements, and regulations
• Responding to customer disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests

In the event of a payment dispute, Stripe's dispute resolution process applies. Viilyx may provide transaction records to assist but does not guarantee dispute outcomes.

7. Account Restrictions or Suspension

Stripe may suspend, restrict, or terminate payment processing services if required to comply with legal obligations or Stripe's policies. Such actions may occur due to incomplete verification, suspected fraud, elevated risk activity, or regulatory requirements.

Viilyx is not responsible for decisions made by Stripe regarding account reviews, restrictions, or enforcement actions.

8. Relationship Between Viilyx and Stripe

Stripe is an independent third-party service provider. Your use of Stripe services is subject to Stripe's terms, policies, and agreements. Viilyx does not assume responsibility for Stripe's services, availability, or compliance decisions.

9. Updates to This Disclosure

Your use of Stripe services is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes updated terms effective March 1, 2026. By continuing to use our services, you agree to these updated terms.
